Erica is a professional health and wellness counselor who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Erica is known for guiding individuals through self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, addictions and overall health concerns through one-on-one counseling, workshops and women’s wellness retreats.

Erica overcame her own personal challenges and found peace through wellness and healing practices such as yoga, mediation and multiple mindful methods. She now dedicates her work to helping men, women and teens overcome these similar concerns.

Holistic Health and Wellness Coach – Erica studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of New York City. There she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness and interactive coaching skills.

200 hour yoga certification – Erica received her 200 hour yoga certification in Rishikesh, India. Erica spent five weeks studying yoga, meditation, pranayama and the Hindi culture during a six-week immersion trip in 2019.

Reiki Master – Erica received her reiki level I&II training in 2018. She then received her Reiki Master training in 2021.

Global Masters of Business Administration – Erica studied at Southern New Hampshire University where she learned to apply international business concepts and real world experiences to assess global business phenomena in a variety of cultural, political, social and economic contexts.
