We’ll then get you started on your life changing program! We’ll spend time exploring your specific needs and examine your lifestyle changes.

Primary foods are the big contributors in our life such as relationships, spirituality, home environment and work life. These are the big guys that influence our lifestyle, mind, body and soul. This pie chart is one of many tools we will utilize to see where you stand in life and how our sessions will progress. This is an eye opening exercise!
Secondary foods are foods we ingest. Secondary foods come second to primary foods because the primary foods are the reason we eat the items we do.
We offer in person sessions, by phone or video chat. We will come up with short and long-term goals specifically designed for you. We will give you tools, weekly readings, books, meditations, etc., to help reach your goals.
